This Privacy Policy explains how A&NHorizon LLC ("Mimi", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use Mimi Calories and other Mimi apps (the "Service"), which run as apps inside ChatGPT.
Who we are

Information we collect
Information you give Mimi
- Profile details you choose to share to compute your targets: timezone, and where you provide them, biometric inputs such as height, weight, age, biological sex, and activity level.
- Goals and macro targets (for example a daily calorie or protein goal).
- Meal and activity entries: what you log, and the derived nutrition values (calories and macronutrients) and any assumptions Mimi recorded to reach them.
- Weight entries, when you log them, to show trends over time.
Photos
Meal photos are never stored. If a meal is estimated from an image, only the resulting nutrition values and assumptions are saved. The image itself is not retained by the Service.
Account and identity
When you sign in, our authentication provider gives us a stable identifier for your account (the identity provider, issuer, and subject) so we can associate your data with you. We do not receive or store your login password.
Operational data
We keep limited audit and diagnostic records (for example that a write happened, and error logs) to keep the Service reliable and secure. These do not include your meal photos.
How we use information
- To provide the Service: record your entries, compute daily and weekly summaries, track streaks and trends, and recommend targets.
- To keep the Service secure, reliable, and free of abuse.
- To respond to your support requests.
Mimi Calories does not use your data to show you advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
How meal estimation works
Mimi runs as an app inside ChatGPT. When you describe a meal, the language model provided by OpenAI produces the estimate; Mimi's own servers validate the numbers and store the result. Your use of ChatGPT is also governed by OpenAI's privacy policy.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it:
- Neon — database hosting where your entries are stored.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- WorkOS — authentication and sign-in.
- OpenAI — the ChatGPT platform the app runs inside.
We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
Data retention
We keep your profile, targets, and entries for as long as your account is active so the Service can show your history. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below), and we will remove it except where we are required to retain limited records for legal or security reasons.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. You can:
- Edit or delete individual entries directly through Mimi in ChatGPT.
- Request a copy of your data, or deletion of your account and data, by emailing annhorizonllc@gmail.com.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live, including the United States and Canada, where our service providers operate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
